South Bend Model 963 Early Surf Oreno in Frog Spot. Dates to the 1920's. Tough to find one this nice and this old. I'm uncertain what the metal clasps are attached to the hooks, maybe they were used to hang it up or display it at one time. It does have a little wear but looks absolutely great with big perfect glass eyes.
